The Waco Hydromat 5000 reaches new production levels!
With the delivery that has just been made to a Weinig/Waco customer in Oregon, the Hydromat 5000 now sets new standards and reaches a top feed speed of 450 meters/min (1,460 feet/minute).
Before, this kind of speed was only available on the Waco Hydromat 6000, a machine that is capable of over 800 meters/min feed speed.
Thanks to many improvements such as increased reinforcement, bigger cooling systems and larger cutting circles – just to mention a few – it is now possible to move the limits even further for the Hydromat 5000. This will open up even more opportunities and adds more flexibility for customers in this range.
