**UPDATE – March 2019**
We learned this week that the InnoAgg label printer is not currently available. Instead, we are offering the C.R. Onsrud labeling station (seen below), which can be used in partnership with any CNC router, and is designed to automatically apply labels or inkjet print onto a full sheet of material before operators load the sheet onto a CNC for processing.
What if you could pre-label your parts without having the space requirements and cost of a dedicated offline labelling solution, and without relying on your operators to always place the right label in the right place? The InnoAgg Labeling Aggregate for CNC routers offers an economical and space saving solution.
Introducing the C.R. Onsrud exclusive InnoAgg Aggregate Label Printer for CNC routers. The innovative labelling aggregate saves the space of a dedicated off line printing station and allows you add part labelling to any C.R. Onsrud CNC Router at a more economical price point.
The aggregate is picked up out of the tool tray, applies the labels generated in your CAD/CAM software, is put back in the tool tray, and normal routing operations continue. Graphics, text, and barcodes can be printed on the labels allowing the operator to easily sort parts for each job. Labels are easy to remove and do not leave residue behind.
The InnoAgg will fit on CNC routers with a c-axis or aggregate ring connection, and does not require any wiring or other machine upgrades.
